Spizzulus
Spizzulus with asparagus and pistachio cream!! Spizzulus are a typical pasta from the town of Orroli, in the province of Cagliari in Sardinia, which in dialect should mean "pinch" or the gesture you make to join the two ends of the striped string that form this typical shape of pasta. And to have spring on the plate we will season them with asparagus, lemon and pistachios!!!
