Pici with clams
The Pici with clams is a very successful traditional Italian dish, it’s one of the most requested pasta dishes in restaurants during the summertime.
It is made with few, and simple ingredients and its history is very recent. It was a chef in the ‘80s that decided to innovate the classical Spaghetti “Ajo e Ojo e Peperoncino” (garlic, olive oil, and chili pepper) adding the clams to the recipe. This way this dish has now a delicate scent of the sea but a strong taste.
