Orecchiette with olive pesto, fresh tomatoes & fresh mozzarella
The olive pesto looks like a tasty cream obtained directly from olives which is usually used to enrich an appetizer – by spreading it on bruschetta – or in first courses. A recipe that puts all of Italy in agreement from north to south.
